People ask me all the time what supplements I recommend. I'm going to show you each and every supplement I take with me when I travel.

There are 2 categories of supplements I take with me.
DAILY - these supplements are what I use for maintenance wellness. I take these daily to stay healthy and strong and so we avoid getting sick on the trip.
"EATS" - I also have a group of supplements that are related to digestive health. They help break down food and also digest things while we're traveling. Sometimes we eat things that we wouldn't normally eat or we're not making as healthy meals as we would at home. Sometimes we get exposed to gluten or dairy un/willingly. I know a lot of people extend the things that they'll eat in their normal diet.
Supplements in this category will help you break down food that you might not usually tolerate very well and some that will help you in case of an emergency if you're having digestive problems.
